CREME BRULEE
4 MINUTE COOK TIME
Ingredients:
Filling:
- 2 cups warm whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 cup warm water
Topping:
- 3 tsp. sugar
Instructions:

Prepare the Custard:
- Mix all the filling ingredients together, except for warm water and the 3 tsp. of sugar.

Fill the Ramekins:
- Fill four 4-oz. ramekin baking dishes with the custard mixture.
- Wrap them well with aluminum foil.

Prepare the Pressure Cooker:
- Place the inner pot into the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
- Pour 1 cup of warm water into the inner pot.
- Place the 4 ramekins into the inner pot.

Cook the Crème Brûlée:
- Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
- Press the FISH/VEGETABLE button.
- Press the COOK TIME SELECT button until you reach 4 minutes.

Final Steps:
- Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
- Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
- When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.

Chill the Custard:
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the cooker and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Caramelize the Sugar:
- Sprinkle 3 tsp. of sugar evenly on top of the custards.
- Place under the broiler to caramelize the sugar.

Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve with fresh berries.
