ROASTED CHICKEN
30 MINUTE COOK TIME
Ingredients:
- 3 (1kg) whole chickens
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 sprig rosemary, stemmed and chopped
- 1 sprig thyme, stemmed and chopped
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:

Prepare the Seasoning:
- Combine all the spices (garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper) in a bowl.

Prepare the Pressure Cooker:
- Place the inner pot into the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
- Press the SAUTÉ button.
- Pour the olive oil into the pot.

Season & Brown the Chicken:
- Season all the chickens with the spice mixture.
- Place the chickens into the inner pot, browning them one at a time on all sides.

Cook the Chicken:
- Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
- Press the CANCEL button.
- Press the SOUP/STEW button twice to set the time to 30 minutes.

Final Steps:
- Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
- Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
- When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
