BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
10 MINUTE COOK TIME
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg chicken wings
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Bleu cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions:

Prepare the Pressure Cooker:
- Place the inner pot into the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
- Pour the buffalo sauce and the melted butter into the pot and mix.
- Coat the wings with the sauce.

Cook the Wings:
- Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
- Press the SOUP/STEW button.

Final Steps:
- Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
- Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
- When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.

Crispy Option:
- For a crispier wing, place the wings in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the wings with more buffalo sauce for spicier wings.

- Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing.
