FROZEN CHICKEN PASTA

20 MINUTE COOK TIME

Ingredients:

  • 225g of your favorite pasta
  • 700g good quality tomato sauce
  • 4 small frozen chicken breasts
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Optional: Fresh chopped basil, Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pressure Cooker:

    • Place the inner pot in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
    • Add all the ingredients to the inner pot.
  2. Cook the Dish:

    • Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
    • Press the SOUP/STEW button.
    • Press the TIME ADJUSTMENT button until you reach 20 minutes.
  3. Final Steps:

    • Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
    • Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
    • When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
  4. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Garnish with fresh chopped basil and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
