BABY BACK RIBS
30 MINUTE COOK TIME
Ingredients:
- 3 racks baby back ribs
 - 4 tbsp. granulated garlic powder
 - 2 tbsp. onion powder
 - 1 tbsp. cumin
 - 1 tbsp. coriander
 - 2 cups smokey BBQ sauce
 - 1 small onion, peeled and diced
 - 1 cup of water
 
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Seasoning:
- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend together the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and coriander to create a seasoning blend.
 
 - 
Prepare the Ribs:
- Cut the racks in half so they fit easily in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
 - Season them evenly with the seasoning blend.
 
 - 
Prepare the Pressure Cooker:
- Place 1 cup of water in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
 - Add the ribs side by side.
 - Add the diced onion and evenly pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
 
 - 
Cook the Ribs:
- Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
 - Press the SOUP/STEW button twice to set to 30 minutes.
 
 - 
Final Steps:
- Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
 - Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
 - When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
 
 - 
Optional Broiling for Crispiness:
- Preheat your broiler to high.
 - Place the ribs in a single layer on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet.
 - Broil for about 5 minutes per side until browned.
 - Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce from the pot.
 
 -
