STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Helpful Tip

When using the Milkshake or Frappé preset, dispense the mixture within 30 minutes after the preset finishes to prevent it from becoming foamy.

Ingredients

• 480 g whole milk
• 240 g light cream
• 80 g white granulated sugar
(Sugar must be greater than 4% of total ingredients or the recipe may fail)
• 200 g fresh strawberries
(Wash, remove stems, and juice them before use)

Directions

  1. Pour the milk, cream, sugar, and strawberry juice into the slush machine in sequence.
    (Alternatively, mix them together first, then pour them in.)

  2. Select the ICE CREAM preset. It will begin at the ideal temperature for proper texture. Adjust if needed.

  3. Allow 30–60 minutes for the mixture to turn into smooth, creamy strawberry ice cream.

  4. Once the ice cream reaches the set temperature or your preferred texture, it is ready to serve.

Notice

Ice cream from this slush machine will be soft like shaved ice, not hard like traditional ice cream.

Cautions

Keep the preset running until all frozen mixture has been dispensed to make cleaning easier.
