CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Total Time: 30–60 minutes

Ingredients

• 480 g whole milk
• 240 g light cream
• 80 g white granulated sugar
(Sugar must be greater than 4% of the total ingredient weight to avoid failure)
• 120 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
(Melt into liquid first, then pour into the slush machine)

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients accurately.

  2. Pour all mixed ingredients into the slush machine.

  3. Select the ICE CREAM preset. The preset starts at the best default temperature for proper texture. Adjust if needed.

  4. Once the mixture reaches the set temperature or your preferred consistency, it is ready to serve.

Notice

Ice cream made in this slush machine will be soft, similar to shaved ice—not firm like traditional ice cream.

Cautions

Keep the preset running until all frozen mixture has been dispensed to make cleaning easier.
