Ingredients

2–3 servings

• 1 cup light rum
• 1/2 cup orange curaçao
• 1/2 cup orgeat syrup (almond-flavored)
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup simple syrup

Optional Garnish:
• Lime wedges
• Maraschino cherries

4–6 servings

• 2 cups light rum
• 1 cup orange curaçao
• 1 cup orgeat syrup (almond-flavored)
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup simple syrup

Optional Garnish:
• Lime wedges
• Maraschino cherries

6–8 servings

• 3 cups light rum
• 1 1/2 cups orange curaçao
• 1 1/2 cups orgeat syrup (almond-flavored)
• 3/4 cup lime juice
• 3/4 cup simple syrup

Optional Garnish:
• Lime wedges
• Maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk all ingredients together until evenly combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into the vessel.

  3. Select the SPIKED SLUSH preset. It will start at the default or optimal temperature for ideal texture. Adjust if desired.

  4. Once the slush reaches the set temperature or your preferred consistency, it is ready to serve.

Tips

For best results, chill the liquid ingredients before pouring them in.

Cautions

Keep the preset running until all frozen drink has been dispensed to make cleaning easier.
