LOW COUNTRY BOIL

15 MINUTE COOK TIME

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg smoked sausage, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 kg extra-large shrimp
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 3 corn on the cobs, cut in half
  • 500g mussels
  • 20 clams
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup seafood seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pressure Cooker:

    • Place the inner pot in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
    • Add all the ingredients to the inner pot.
  2. Cook the Seafood Boil:

    • Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL, lock the lid, and switch the pressure release valve to Closed.
    • Press the BEANS/LENTIL button.
    • Press the COOK TIME SELECT button until you reach 15 minutes.
  3. Final Steps:

    • Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
    • Switch the pressure release valve to Open.
    • When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
  4. Serve & Enjoy:
