STRAWBERRY KIWI DAIQUIRI

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
• 1 cup sliced strawberries
• 1/2 cup kiwi purée (from peeled kiwis)
• 1/4 cup light rum
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

• 2 cups unsweetened canned coconut milk
• 2 cups sliced strawberries
• 1 cup kiwi purée (from peeled kiwis)
• 3/4 cup light rum
• 1 cup sliced strawberries (additional)
6–8 servings
• 2 2/3 cups unsweetened canned coconut milk
• 3 cups sliced strawberries
• 1 1/2 cups kiwi purée (from peeled kiwis)
• 1 cup light rum
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Directions

In a blender, combine the strawberries and kiwi purée. Blend briefly to break them down.

Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or large bowl. Add coconut milk, rum, and sugar. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Pour the mixture into the appliance vessel.

Select the SPIKED SLUSH preset. It will start at the default or optimal temperature for ideal texture. Adjust if desired.

Once the slush reaches the set frozen temperature or your preferred consistency, it is ready to serve.
Tips
For best results, chill the liquids before pouring them in.
Cautions
Keep the preset running until all frozen drink has been dispensed to make cleaning easier.
